Smart Fulfilment

Pricing

How fulfilment pricing works.

We don't publish a fixed rate card, because storage profile, order volume and product type all change the real cost. Here's what actually goes into a proposal, so you know what to expect before you ask for one.

What goes into a proposal.

Most fulfilment pricing is built from the same handful of components. Each one is priced separately rather than folded into one number, so you can see where your costs are actually coming from.

  1. 01

    Pick & pack

A per-order charge for picking and packing, based on how many items are in the order.

  2. 02

    Additional items

A smaller per-item charge for every extra item beyond the first in a multi-item order.

  3. 03

    Storage

Priced by the pallet, carton or bin space you actually hold, not a flat warehouse fee.

  4. 04

    Packaging

Standard packaging is included; your own branded boxes, inserts or gift wrap are costed separately.

  5. 05

    Shipping

Carrier cost passed through at the rate for the service and destination you choose.

  6. 06

    Goods-in

A charge for receiving and checking in inbound stock against your purchase order.

  7. 07

    Returns

A per-return charge for receiving, inspecting and restocking or quarantining an item.

  8. 08

    Project work

Kitting, relabelling, rework and other hands-on jobs are quoted separately based on the work involved.

What actually changes the number.

  • Order volume and profile

How many orders you ship a month, and how many items are typically in each one, drive the pick & pack side of a quote more than anything else.

  • Storage profile

Palletised bulk stock, cartons and small-item bins all cost differently to store, so we price against what you actually hold.

  • Product type

Fragile, oversized or heavy items, and anything needing extra care in picking or packing, are reflected in the quote rather than hidden in a flat rate.

  • Channels and complexity

Running DTC, marketplace and B2B/retail orders from one stock pool is priced as one operation, not three separate accounts.

Size up your operation

Tell us roughly what you ship. We’ll build the proposal around it.

Storage profile, order volume and product type all change the real cost, so there is no generic rate card here. Move the sliders to see the shape of your operation and what a proposal would cover, then send it straight to Andy.

FAQ

Pricing questions

How much does fulfilment cost?

Pricing depends on your order volume, product types, and storage requirements. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Contact us for a personalised quote based on your specific needs.

Do you have minimum order requirements?

We work with businesses of all sizes. Whether you're shipping 50 orders a month or 50,000, we have a solution that works for you. There are no minimum volume requirements to get started.

Do you offer branded packaging?

Absolutely! We can use your custom boxes, tissue paper, stickers, and inserts to create a branded unboxing experience for your customers. Just send us your materials and we'll incorporate them into your orders.

How do you handle returns?

We provide a full returns management service. Returns come back to our warehouse, we inspect them, process refunds or exchanges as per your instructions, and restock items that are in good condition. You'll have full visibility of returns in your dashboard.
