Smart Fulfilment provides order fulfilment services including storage, pick and pack, shipping, and returns management. The specific services provided to you will be outlined in your service agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Inventory

You retain ownership of all inventory stored at our facilities. You are responsible for ensuring that your products comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety, labelling, and import/export.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are as outlined in your service agreement. Payment is due according to the terms specified. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

6. Liability

While we take every care with your products, our liability for any loss or damage is limited as specified in your service agreement. We recommend maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for your inventory.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the notice period specified. Upon termination, you are responsible for collecting or arranging shipment of your remaining inventory.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website or via email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
