Retailers and wholesalers on Bluepark
Bluepark is built and supported in the UK, and its pitch is that the features a growing shop needs come as standard. It serves everyone from start-ups to established businesses, and a distinctive part of its user base is B2B: wholesalers and suppliers who run a trade storefront, separately or alongside their consumer shop, with customer-group pricing and exclusive discounts for trade accounts.
Bluepark also reaches beyond the shop itself, with eBay and Google Shopping built in and other marketplaces through partner platforms. So a typical Bluepark merchant has consumer orders, trade orders and some marketplace sales all drawing on the same stock, often packed by the same small team.
What Bluepark's order workflow expects of fulfilment
Bluepark takes order processing seriously. Its advanced processing mode asks for items to be marked as picked before they can be shipped, it supports partial shipments where a shipped quantity is entered for each product, and it can show how many units are reserved against orders that have not been dispatched. A warehouse behind a Bluepark shop needs to respect that detail rather than flatten everything into shipped or not shipped.
Trade orders add their own demands: case or carton quantities, several lines consolidated into one delivery, retailer labelling and paperwork. Smart picks consumer and trade orders from the same operation at 99.9% pick and pack accuracy, and ships them tracked with proof of delivery via DPD, Evri, Royal Mail or another carrier chosen per order. Orders placed before 9pm can be dispatched the same day; cut-offs vary by carrier, service and daily order profile.
How Bluepark orders are handed to Smart and completed
Orders from your Bluepark shop, whether a consumer checkout or a trade account order, flow into Smart automatically. We pick and pack them and, on dispatch, send the tracking number and order status back, so the order can be completed in Bluepark and your customer receives their dispatch email with a tracking link. If a line is short and you would rather ship what is available, what we send back reflects the part-shipment.
Goods-in is checked against your purchase orders, and the stock we hold syncs back to Bluepark so its stock messages and reserved quantities stay grounded in what is actually on our shelves. Returns are graded and restocked with reason codes. Live stock and orders sit in the client portal, and Andy Paine is your named contact.
